No Refund / Cancellation Policy — Nityam YogShala
Nityam YogShala में paid yoga, meditation, membership, course अथवा अन्य digital/wellness programs के लिए payment करने से पहले program details और applicable conditions को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें।
1. General No-Refund Policy
Once a membership, course, program or paid service has been purchased/activated, the fee is generally non-refundable.
इसका अर्थ है कि केवल निम्न कारणों से सामान्यतः refund नहीं दिया जाएगा:
participant का मन बदल जाना
program continue न करना
classes attend न करना
personal schedule बदल जाना
interest समाप्त हो जाना
expected personal result प्राप्त न होना
internet/device की समस्या के कारण participation न कर पाना
2. Before Payment
Payment करने से पहले user को:
program details
duration
fee
eligibility
applicable terms
refund/cancellation conditions
ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ने चाहिए।
Payment complete करने का अर्थ है कि user ने applicable conditions को पढ़कर स्वीकार किया है।
3. Duplicate / Failed Transactions
यदि payment में technical error के कारण amount एक से अधिक बार successfully debit हो जाता है, तो duplicate transaction की verification के बाद applicable amount को appropriate payment channel के माध्यम से resolve/refund किया जा सकता है।
4. Service Not Provided
यदि किसी कारण से Nityam YogShala स्वयं किसी paid service/program को शुरू या provide करने में असमर्थ रहती है, तो affected users के लिए appropriate remedy, including refund where applicable, circumstances के अनुसार निर्धारित की जा सकती है।
5. Legal Rights
यह “No Refund” policy किसी ऐसे statutory consumer right या legal remedy को exclude करने के उद्देश्य से नहीं है जिसे applicable law के तहत contractually waive नहीं किया जा सकता।
Consumer Protection Act, 2019 और Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 consumer transactions/services के लिए applicable legal framework प्रदान करते हैं।
6. Refund Request
यदि आपको लगता है कि आपका मामला refund consideration के योग्य है, तो transaction details, payment date और reason के साथ Nityam YogShala के published contact details पर request भेज सकते हैं।
हर request applicable terms, transaction records और applicable law के अनुसार evaluate की जाएगी।
7. Policy Changes
Nityam YogShala आवश्यकता के अनुसार इस Refund & Cancellation Policy को update कर सकता है। Updated version website पर प्रकाशित किया जाएगा।
